Your support is needed! This North Carolina Hummingbird research is a volunteer endeavor that is funded completely by donations from both interested organizations and the general public.  Contributions to Susan Campbell’s research can be made to the non-profit fund at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, established solely to fund Susan’s work.  The fund is used to cover travel expenses related to banding work as well as equipment costs. Donations can also be delivered to Susan directly to assist with miscellaneous research expenses.

Adopt-A-Hummingbird
For a donation of $20, you can adopt one of the hummingbirds banded by Susan Campbell.
You will receive a certificate of adoption for your bird along with a photo. After banding, the bird will be released into the wild. If is is re-captured, you will be notified and provided with the details of the exciting event.
